At De La Vega Tortillas, freshness and quality are our top priorities.
- Fresh Tortillas: At this time, we do not ship fresh tortillas. They are only available locally at farmers markets and select retail locations in the Charlotte, NC area.
- Other Items: All other products are available for shipping within the United States.
- Processing Time: Please allow up to 7 business days for us to process and prepare your order before it ships. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
- Subscription Shipping
All subscription orders ship once per month directly from our factory in Lancaster, SC.

Orders are packed fresh and shipped within the first week of each month.

If your package arrives damaged or missing items, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number. We will replace or credit the affected products. We reserve the right for product to be returned for further inspection. Carrier
